Collection of personally identifiable and anonymous information

Personally Identifiable Information.  The Site collects Personally Identifiable Information in order to establish your contact information, to handle billing, and to understand your specific needs to serve you better. “Personally Identifiable Information” is information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address, credit card number, or phone number. Personally Identifiable Information does not include information that is collected anonymously (that is, without identification of the individual user) or demographic information not connected to an identified individual.

Contact and Inquiry Forms. When you complete a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we may require that you supply your name, e-mail address, phone number, country, and state of residence. This information is utilized for the purpose of contacting you in response to your inquiry and may be provided to third-party vendors to assist with Services offered by the Company.

Anonymous Information. The Site may gather anonymous information, which may be used by the Site or shared with third parties. “Anonymous Information” is information which does not personally identify you, but which may be helpful for marketing purposes or for improving the services we offer. Generally, this information is collected through “traffic data” and may entail the use of “cookies,” “IP addresses,” or other numeric codes used to identify a computer.

Cookies. The Site may employ cookies and other technologies to enhance your online experience, to learn about how you use the Site and our Services, and to recognize you and your return visits to the Site. A “cookie” is a small file containing a string of characters that uniquely identifies your browser. While most browsers accept cookies by default, you can manually set your browser to refuse all cookies, accept cookies from specific websites, or highlight when a cookie is sent to your browser. Servers utilized by the Company may automatically record information when you visit our website, including the URL that directed you to our website, your IP address, browser type, as well as the date and time of your visit.

IP Addresses. The Site may log IP addresses for systems administration, troubleshooting, and remarketing purposes. Your IP address indicates the location of your computer on the Internet. The Company will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others. The Company may share Personally Identifiable Information with companies working on our behalf and Company-owned business entities for the purposes detailed above. In any such case, however, we require that the companies or entities adhere to privacy standards and policies at least as restrictive as those the Company has in place.

Circumstances may arise, whether for strategic or other business reasons, in which the Company decides to sell, buy, merge or otherwise reorganize businesses in various countries. Such a transaction may involve the disclosure of personal information to prospective or actual purchasers, or, conversely, the receipt of such personal information from sellers. In such case, the Company shall seek appropriate protection for all personal information in advance of any such transaction.
