We would like to take a moment to sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the temporary hacking of our Instagram account @hanalanigarden on July 28 at 7:23pm. Thanks to quick action, we were able to regain access by 12:30am on July 29, and the account has been secure ever since. The short downtime was stressful, but we’re relieved that no serious issues occurred.
Since the incident, we took a bit of time to carefully review our account and ensure everything was safe. With guidance from our team and advisors, we are happy to report that we have seen no problems resulting from the hack. However, if you noticed anything unusual that has not yet been brought to our attention, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Your trust and peace of mind are very important to us.
